1. High-quality Production Line

Our factory has over 250 production employees and 50 office staffs working in sales, administration, design & development, research & development, 3D - engineering & rendering, production & QA management, and customer service. We offer a modern, scalable, and reliable ISO and BSCI certified production - from the planning phase to finished product.

Our facilities cover over 8000 square meters of modern manufacturing. Our factory has complete production lines of steel sheets, tubes, and wire products, including a powder coating line & wet paint finishing department, plus 12 assembly and packing lines. With our manufacturing partners we supply finished metal and wood products combined with glass, marble, stone, concrete, natural fibers, textile and more.

Our factory is constructed for high efficiency production including CNC and Robot machines optimizing the accurateness & speed of the mass-production processes. We also have very skilled employees who are producing the more handcrafted detailed products which the machines can’t handle.

2. products Development progress

In addition to the production, Fine Scandinavia provides a full product design & development service. Our R&D and Design team work from idea, 3D visualization, sampling and testing, to finale customer approved sample and preparation for mass production launch. Our Quality Assurances & Control team will be involved in the development phase, checking, testing, recording and reporting according to in-house and customer requirements. The QA team secure and standardize an unified quality, finish and construction together with our production.

Ideas & Development

Every development project starts with an analysis of the need and the customer’s prerequisites. Sometimes our customers may already have a prototype, at other times they may have an idea they want to discuss, define or test on a niche market. In some cases, we also help our clients to further improve the profitability of an existing product.

Mass production

After the sample had been approved internally and by the customer, orders are placed, and we will proceed with mass-production.

Sample making

Technical drawings and bill of materials are issued by the R&D team, then passed onto the departments for pricing and sample making. In this stage the product’s structure, quality and finish are carefully reviewed, tested, recorded and reported with our Production management team, QA, R&D and Product Development management team.

QA & QC

We have experienced QA and QC teams who work only to secure and deliver the right quality following our customer requirements.

Revisions

Once a sample is finished, we invite the customer to come and review the sample, or we send the sample to the given customer address together with an internal sample-review report. Modification will be made upon request and we highly value the satisfaction and feedback from our customer towards the final approved sample.

Packing & Shipping

Our skilled packaging team works only to provide the best and most secure packaging solution for our customer – all based on in-house and/or Lab. testing - depending on the product and customer’s requirements.

2017
