MIDYEAR, THIRD SCHOOL VISIT: WE WELCOME EASTERN INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY
Our factory doesn’t often slow down. Every day, machines and people move in sync to turn raw material into products shipped across the globe. It’s a system built on precision, planning, and teamwork—one that usually runs without an audience.
The visit began with an introduction to the facility.
But on a recent morning in mid-2025, that changed. We welcomed students and faculty from Eastern International University (EIU), the third university to visit this year. Their purpose was to see firsthand how modern manufacturing operates, beyond what they read in class.
The visit began with a briefing on the factory’s layout and workflow before moving onto the production floor. Students walked the same paths as our operators, stopping at key points to learn how processes connect: from material sourcing and machining to assembly and quality checks. They asked questions about automation, sustainability, and efficiency.

For us, visits like this are more than a courtesy. They build connections between education and industry—and sometimes, they spark relationships that bring students back as colleagues.
When the tour ended, the factory returned to its steady rhythm. But that question, and the conversation it started, stayed with us—a reminder that the future of manufacturing depends on more than machinery. It depends on people ready to change with the times.
